What Are Your Hours?

Boarding Drop-Offs: Start as early as 4 a.m.

Daycare: Begins at 7 a.m.

Pickups: Available until 8 p.m.

How much notice do you need to schedule visits?

We take same same day or last minute requests.

You can call, text or you can schedule them yourself through our Pet Sitting Software https://us.revelationpets.com/newbooking/widget/token/vuk5mi44rk. If you have a consistent schedule, we can auto-schedule your visits.

Do You Do Meet & Greets?

We highly recommend a complimentary Meet & Greet before your first visit. This meeting allows you to share your pet's routines and home care details while ensuring we're the right fit for each other. It’s also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions about our care practices and policies.

Tipping & Payment Policy

We accept Cash and Zelle

 

Please provide payment prior to the beginning of services.

We care for your pets with a great deal of love and frequently go “above and beyond” the call of duty. If you were provided with great service it is appropriate to tip your pet sitter 10-20% of the total bill if you wish to do so.

Cancellation Policy

Non-holiday service: A full refund is available if cancelled by 6:00pm the day prior. If the cancellation is made after 6pm the day prior, Client will be charged

the rate of one full visit per cancelled visit.

 

Holiday reservations: A ten (10) day advance notice of the cancellation is required for a full refund of the deposit (minus the cancellation fee of $15.00). If

cancellation is made within seventy-two (72) hours or not made at all, Owner will be charged for 100% of the service reserved. 

Vaccination Policy

Safety First! We require up-to-date vaccinations for ALL guest dogs, ensuring a healthy space for everyone. NO exceptions to this policy.

Holiday Surcharges

A $5.00 fee will be added per daily visit.

A $10.00 surcharge will apply for boarding services.
