Let’s Stay Clean!

We get it, accidents happen—especially with furry pups! Here at Emily’s Dog House, we expect there to be messes!

With that being said, however, because we are a home-based daycare and boarding facility, we try to keep things just as fun and cozy as they would be at your home!

Due to this specific way of running things, we expect all furry friends that board here to be fully potty-trained.

We understand that accidents happen, however if your booked pet has repeated accidents during their stay, or if they pee/defecate on furniture, rugs and items, then Emily’s Dog House reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning service fee of $50 onto your invoice.

If your pet is a repeat client that is booked frequently, and incidents occur during every visit, the $50 cleaning services fee will be automatically implemented on every invoice going forward.

We always look forward to seeing your furry pups come in through our doors, and are even more excited to give them a comfortable and fun time that emulates exactly what they’d get at home! To keep things cozy and clean, we must enforce this policy. We appreciate your understanding in wanting to keep this home-based doggy daycare comfortable for all!
